Now Hiring - In-Home Sales Representative in Cape Coral, FL

Florida Window Geeks is looking to add another Window Geek to our staff. As a Window Geek, you will be performing in-house presentations to homeowners looking for window/door/shutter quotes. If you are an outgoing personality that can get along with anyone, we want you! No prior window or construction experience required (but helpful), as we will train you and teach you the Florida Building code required for windows and shutters. You will be required to learn your craft to be able to carry the title of being a "Window Geek". This is also not a "man's job" as some of our top performers are women.

The territory coverage will vary for each rep and where you are currently located. Our current territory ranges from Charlotte to Collier County, with the majority of our business in Lee County.

Job Requirements:

• MUST have reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
• Cell phone with text capability
• Able to lift and carry up to 40lbs (product samples)
• Trainable with a positive attitude
• Great customer follow-up
• Make constant contact through rehashing

Job Pay - Most applicants will make between 70-100k+ depending on performance. This position is not for everyone as we want the best of the best to represent our company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
